Securing Your Appointment

• All full sets require a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to reserve your spot. This goes towards your service; it is NOT a separate fee. Please send via Venmo, Cashapp, zelle or apple pay after you book your appointment within 24 hours or it will automatically be cancelled.

Cancellations

• All cancellations MUST be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. The sooner the better. *New clients will have a one time courtesy of rescheduling with the initial deposit.*
• No call no shows and cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiting the initial security deposit or paying a $50.00 cancellation fee. Client may book a new appointment with a new security deposit. Failure to pay cancellation fee will result in client termination. 

Attendance

• Please arrive on time and be in good communication. If you are running late, keep in mind that I will still service you as best as I can with the time we have left at normal charge but of course we may or may not be able to achieve the desire lash look and will not extend the appointment time.
• If you are running late and do not inform me within the first 15 minutes at the start of your appointment time it may result in cancellation and a new security deposit will be required for your future appointment.
• Booking appointments outside my regular hours of operation may be available upon request for an additional $25.
• Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-6pm

Fill Guidelines

• A mini touch up may be booked no later than a week after your last fill/appointment if needed. This service is 30 minutes long and I will fill in as much as possible. Perfect if you need to fix a small gap or inner/outer corners.
• Please schedule your fill appointments accordingly every 2-3 weeks. *must have at least 40% of eye lash extensions remaining to be considered a fill or a full set will be charged upon appointment*
• Please come prepared with clean & makeup/oil free lashes. This will help with better retention! If your lashes are dirty a lash bath will be required for an additional $15.
• You are more than welcome to arrive a few minutes early with your own lash cleanser to properly cleanse your lashes in my bathroom before the lash fill. A lash brush may be purchased for $3.
• I would appreciate you letting me know if you have any crazy/major lash fall out within 48 hours of your appointment and I will gladly fix them for you! *Please send photos of the fall out so we can consult what happened. After 48 hours you will need to pay for additional services*

Etiquette 

• Please silence your phone and refrain from texting/phone calls during appointment.
• If possible, avoid caffeine an hour before your appointment. This will help with movement of the eyes. 
• Please let me know if you plan on bringing additional guests. 

Additional Information

• I do not require you to wear a mask although I will always wear one while lashing my clients and have extras for anyone who requests for one.
• Please park in the lot right in front of the main building entrance that is across from Costco.
• Bathroom will always be available before and after appointment.
• A clean blanket will always be offered but you are welcome to bring your own for comfort.

Aftercare 

• Keep lashes completely dry for 24 hours after appointment.
• Avoid oil products near or on eyes.
• Refrain from touching or tugging lash extensions.
• Do not use mascara or falsies/strip lash.
• Try not to sleep on your face.
• Be mindful with humidity and how much heat hits your lashes. Examples are bonfires, oven, hair dryer etc.
• Please cleanse your lash extensions 2x daily with proper lash shampoo.

How often do I need to come in for lash fills?

It is recommended to come in for lash fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness of your lash extensions. This is because your natural lashes have a growth cycle and will naturally shed, which can cause your lash extensions to fall out over time. By coming in for lash fills, we can replace the fallen lashes and keep your lash line looking full and voluminous. However, the frequency of lash fills may also depend on individual factors such as the rate of your natural lash growth and how well you take care of your lash extensions. Your lash artist can advise you on the best lash fill schedule for your individual needs.

Will the lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

When applied correctly by a trained and experienced lash artist, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. However, improper application or poor aftercare can lead to damage or breakage of your natural lashes. It is important to choose a reputable lash artist and follow their aftercare instructions carefully to ensure the health of your natural lashes. Additionally, it is recommended to take breaks in between lash extensions appointments to allow your natural lashes to rest and rejuvenate.

Can I wear makeup with my lash extensions?

Yes, you can wear makeup with your lash extensions, but it is important to be gentle and avoid rubbing or pulling on your lash line. It is also recommended to use oil-free makeup and makeup remover, as oil-based products can weaken the lash adhesive and cause your lash extensions to fall out prematurely. Additionally, be cautious when using mascara on your lash extensions, as it can clump or damage the lashes. A better alternative is to use a lash extension safe mascara, or to skip mascara altogether and let your lash extensions be the star of the show!
